The installation “Digital Dictatorship” refers to the growing power of social media platforms and their influence on our daily decisions in every aspect of our lives. Dataism became the prevailing ideology on the internet and the way it works proves to be a hyper-efficient totalitarian tool for surveillance and control. Targeting our personal preferences, these algorithms contribute to the creation of countless conformist information bubbles in which the word “choice” loses its meaning.
